Innovation Connecting Enterprise (ICE) was founded by Cornell Tome in 2016. Both Cornell and our team’s passion and skill for connecting dots between obstacles and resources result in brilliantly architected technology-driven strategies every time.
Our solutions include a wide range of products and services that solve single to complex challenges in business. We pride ourselves in solving problems, not merely treating symptoms and will leave no stone unturned in finding a way forward for your business. We understand that your business is unique, and if we find that there isn’t a resource for your problem, we will design one.
Our client-centric approach will ensure that your needs are met in full, while enjoying the satisfying experience of your business’ problems fading away.
Cornell Tome is what we in the office refer to as an Innovation Guru. Need a jetpack attached to your cat by tomorrow noon? He’s your guy. But on a more serious note, he can and will sort out any problem in your business.
As a young adult, he transformed a simple barman job into entrepreneurial success, quickly becoming the owner of the pub. Then, after a serious knee injury, Cornell opted for a more passive job as a storeman at Ivolve. While there, he overheard a conversation about a woman going on maternity leave and was able to fill her position temporarily, which turned into a massive success. Over the next 10 years, he worked as a Key Account Manager and Team Leader, and some of those clients are still with him today. Word spread about his successes in the industry, and he was offered a Sales Manager position at EOH, where he excelled for almost 5 years.
It was, however, inevitable that Cornell would start his own company, having entrepreneurship in his bones and being a “doer”. ICE Holdings was founded in 2016, steadily growing into a medium-sized corporation over the last few years, with a footprint across Africa.
Cornell’s passion for his community started years ago when he operated as a lifesaver at the former “Atlantis” in Centurion. Since then he has helped start initiatives bringing law enforcement and various security companies together to ensure security successes in his community. Being married with two boys, Cornell can be described as a caring and servant-hearted family man with a knack for cultivating hidden qualities in people.
